• Warm-Up Idle Cycles: Run the press unloaded in continuous inching/single mode for $10 ext{ to }15 ext{ minutes}$ before feeding production strips to warm oil passages through shear friction.
• Purge Compressed Air Manifolds Daily: Cold pipes condense water droplets that wash away essential lubricants inside clutch safety valves. Drain receiver tanks and check auto-drain traps twice per shift.
